Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat rava
  • 1.5 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup - dried nuts and fruits
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - elaichi powder

How to Make Wheat rava dry fruit kesari

  • Cut finely all the dry fruits and nuts and keep aside.
  • Take a pan, fry wheat rava for a while.
  • Add three cups of boiling water and cook for 10 mins in low flame.
  • Add sugar, nuts, dry fruits, elaichi powder and mix well
  • Cook for 5 to 10 mins.
