Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Wheat Flour
  • 2 cups - Spinach (Palak)
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsps - Curd
  • 1 cups - Boiled Mashed Potato
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
  • How to Make Wheat Roti:

    1. Mix all the ingredients with a little water to make a dough.
    2. Roll balls of the dough into rotis.
    3. Put it on non-stick tawa.
    4. Pour ghee on both sides and fry till golden yellow.
