  • 1 cup - Boiled small white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup - Boil Black kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 - medium Garlic gloves, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup - water, plus more as needed
  • 3 tbsp - fresh Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - cheesy Garlic spread
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp - chopped fresh coriander
  • Tortilla chips for serving (optional)
  • How to Make White and Black Bean Hummus:

    1. Place both beans, garlic, water, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cheesy garlic spread, and pepper to taste in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade attachment. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
    2. If the dip is too thick, add more water, one tbsp at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
    3. Transfer to a medium bowl, add the cilantro, and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt or lemon juice as needed.
    4. Serve with Tortilla chips.
