Ingredients

  • 1 no - potato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - beans, chopped
  • 1 or 2 nos. - carrot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - peas, chopped
  • 1 no. - tomato, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - whole Garam Masala (clove, cardamom, cinnamon)
  • To Grind -
  • 1 tsp each - garlic, Ginger
  • 6 nos. - Green chillies
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup - Coconut
  • 10 nos. - Cashewnuts

How to Make White Kuruma

  • Heat oil in a pan , drop the garam masala, drop the sliced onion and keep frying till it turns brown.
  • Add potato, carrot, beans, peas (all vegetables), water and cook it.
  • Add the ground paste and cook for another 3 to 4 mins.
  • Garnish with chopped tomato and coriander leaves.
