Ingredients

  • Whole moong sprouted - 1/4 cup
  • Tomato, chopped - 1
  • Cucumber, chopped - 1/2
  • 2 tbsp - grated Carrot
  • Small onion, chopped (optional) - 1
  • Yogurt - 3/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 spoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Small Green chilli - 1
  • How to Make Whole Moong Sprouts Raita:

    1. Mix the whole moong sprouts with all the other ingredients.
    2. Garnish with some chopped coriander.
    3. Serve chilled with parathas or rice.
