  • 5 cups - whole Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - mix of flax, sesame and Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp - dry active yeast
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1+1/2 cup - lukewarm water
  • Flour - for dusting
  • How to Make Whole Wheat Multi-Seeds Bread:

    1. Mix the yeast, salt and sugar in lukewarm water, stir well and leave in a warm place for a few minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
    2. Take the whole wheat flour, mixed seeds and chilli flakes in a mixing bowl.
    3. Make a well in the centre and gradually add olive oil and foamy yeast.
    4. Knead into a soft dough.
    5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover the bowl with a towel and keep in a warm place for an hour.
    6. In one hour, the dough would have doubled in volume.
    7. Punch down the dough, dust with wheat flour, and knead gently.
    8. Shape the dough into a disc, score the top with a knife and dust some flour over it.
    9. Place the loaf on a baking tray lined with baking paper and keep in a warm place for half an hour.
    10. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 F.
    11. Once it has risen, bake the bread for 20-25 minutes until the crust is brown and firm.
    12. Serve with cheese spread or with soups.
