How to Make Wholesome Nutty Salad

  • Chop tomato and onion.
  • Drain out any excess juices from the onion.
  • Dip the onion in chilled water.
  • Keep it in water for 30 minutes, drain, dab in thick in a kitchen towel.
  • Toss all ingredients together, except coriander.
  • Put mixture into a glass bowl.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Shelf life: Best when fresh.
