Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp - tied Curd
  • 2 tbsp - salad oil
  • 1 tbsp - finely cut herbs (dill, coriander, mint, basil, thyme, etc.)
  • 2 green Garlic leaves finely cut
  • 1 small Green chilli finely cut
  • 1/4 tsp - fresh ground coarse pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - white Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • 2-3 drops green colour
  • salt to taste

How to Make Winter Dressing

  • Beat cream and curd till smooth.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Mix well and chill for an hour.
  • Pour over warm cabbage and onion salad.
