How to Make Winter Vinegar Dressing

  • Blend all the ingredients except poppy seeds till smooth
  • Add poppy seeds and stir it well until properly mixed Chill for 3-4 hours
  • Variations:
  • Can add 1 tsp mustard
  • Can add 1 tsp onion, chopped finely
  • For different flavours instead of plain vinegar can use orange vinegar or raspberry vinegar.
  • This is good for fruit salad.
  • Avoid egg if the dressing is used for fruit salad
