  • 1 cup - Long grain Rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup - Sambar (fresh/left over)
  • 1 cup - Rasam (fresh/left over)
  • Vegetables (fresh/left over) carrots/beans/potatoes/tomatoes (optional)
  • 10-20 - Peanuts (optional)
  • 5 - Cloves (powdered)
  • 5 - Cardamom (powdered)
  • 1 - Cinnamon stick (powdered)
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 to 2 tsp - Tamarind juice

How to Make Wonderful Bhath in a Jiffy

  • Heat oil, add spices, tamarind juice, and all the other ingredients.
  • Stir thoroughly and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with potato chips.
