  • 100 gms - mustard seed
  • 25 gms - ginger
  • 4-5 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda, salt
  • Mustard oil

How to Make Xoriyohor Khar Chutney

  • Keep the mustard seeds in water for 20-25 minutes and make a paste with ginger and 3 green chillies.
  • Heat a cooking pan and add the paste with 2 green chillies and salt.
  • Add baking soda and 1 cup water.
  • When the gravy becomes thick add some mustard oil and mix well.
