Ingredients

  • Small dry fish - a handful
  • 2 - Onions
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 2 tsp - garlic-ginger paste
  • 6-7 - Green chillies
  • 1 - Bay Leaf
  • Mustard oil
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • How to Make Xoru Xukaan Maas Bhaji:

    1. Wash the small dry fishes thoroughly and roast them on a tava or microwave for 30 seconds, keep aside.
    2. Heat mustard oil.
    3. Add the bay leaf, onion and fry till golden brown.
    4. Add salt and turmeric powder, mix.
    5. Cut and add potato and tomato, stir fry until the tomato starts to melt.
    6. Add the roasted dry fish, green chilli and garlic-ginger paste, mix well.
    7. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame until done.
    8. Serve with rice.
