How to Make Xoru Xukaan Maasor Chutney

  • Heat mustard oil and add the chopped onion. Fry for a minute. Keep aside.
  • Roast the dried fish on a tava. Wash with warm water and drain.
  • Roast the tomato and peel the skin off. Mash and mix with the fish.
  • Add the garlic, chopped chillies, salt and mix.
  • Add the fried onion and mix again.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice.
