  • 1 piece Yellow Pumpkin
  • 200 gm Boiled Rice
  • 100 gm Raw Rice
  • 5 Red Chillies
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Yellow Pumpkin Adai:

    1. Soak boiled rice and raw rice for 3 hours.
    2. Cut the yellow pumpkin into small pieces. Put it in the mixie and grind well.
    3. Then add the boiled rice and raw rice and grind along with the red chillies, asafoetida and salt.
    4. Heat an adai tava, pour the batter and fry it on both sides.
