How to Make Yoghurt chicken

  • Heat ghee and fry chicken pieces till they get slightly golden. Take them out.
  • Heat the remaining ghee and add garlic, ginger, onions and fry till onions turn slightly golden.
  • Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder and fry.
  • Add the tomato pieces, salt and cook, till tomato is slightly tender.
  • Add chicken pieces, yogurt and cook till the chicken is tender.
  • Sprinkle garam masala, mix well for 1 min. Serve hot.
