Ingredients

  • 8/10 - Chicken pieces
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 - medium onion, chopped
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/2 cup - yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  • How to Make Yoghurt chicken:

    1. Heat ghee and fry chicken pieces till they get slightly golden. Take them out.
    2. Heat the remaining ghee and add garlic, ginger, onions and fry till onions turn slightly golden.
    3. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder and fry.
    4. Add the tomato pieces, salt and cook, till tomato is slightly tender.
    5. Add chicken pieces, yogurt and cook till the chicken is tender.
    6. Sprinkle garam masala, mix well for 1 min. Serve hot.
