Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 1 - Onion
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - aniseeds
  • Small piece - Cinnamon
  • 2 - Cardamom
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • Coriander powder
  • 2 - Cloves
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • 1/2 tsp - Coconut powder
  • 2 cups - finely chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste and oil
  • 1 - tsp Red Chilli powder
  • How to Make Yogurt Chicken with Spices:

    1. Take onions, green chillies, cumin, aniseeds, clove, cardamom and cinnamon and grind to a paste.
    2. Take a pan, heat oil and add the above paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and red chilli powder and fry for 10 mins in low fire.
    3. Add coconut powder, curd, chicken and cook for 20 mins in low fire till the curry gets a dark red colour, add coriander leaves and serve.
