How to Make Yogurt Chicken with Spices

  • Take onions, green chillies, cumin, aniseeds, clove, cardamom and cinnamon and grind to a paste.
  • Take a pan, heat oil and add the above paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and red chilli powder and fry for 10 mins in low fire.
  • Add coconut powder, curd, chicken and cook for 20 mins in low fire till the curry gets a dark red colour, add coriander leaves and serve.
