  • Whole Almonds - 1 cup
  • Half and Half ( a mixture of half Milk and half cream) - 1.5 cups
  • Sugar - 1.5 cups
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Elaichi powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp
  • How to Make Yummy Almond Burfi:

    1. Boil 2 cups of water.
    2. Drop the almonds into the boiling water and turn off the heat.
    3. You will be able to peel off the skin immediately.
    4. Grind the peeled almonds in the 1.5 cups of half and half.
    5. Add all the sugar to it.
    6. In a thick-bottomed vessel, keep stirring the ground ingredients in medium heat, adding some ghee to it at frequent intervals until it forms a ball.
    7. To this, add the elaichi powder.
    8. Remove the sweet from the fire and make a 1-inch ball with your hands and press it with your fingers.
