Ingredients

  • Whole Almonds - 1 cup
  • Half and Half ( a mixture of half Milk and half cream) - 1.5 cups
  • Sugar - 1.5 cups
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Elaichi powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp

How to Make Yummy Almond Burfi

  • Boil 2 cups of water.
  • Drop the almonds into the boiling water and turn off the heat.
  • You will be able to peel off the skin immediately.
  • Grind the peeled almonds in the 1.5 cups of half and half.
  • Add all the sugar to it.
  • In a thick-bottomed vessel, keep stirring the ground ingredients in medium heat, adding some ghee to it at frequent intervals until it forms a ball.
  • To this, add the elaichi powder.
  • Remove the sweet from the fire and make a 1-inch ball with your hands and press it with your fingers.
