Ingredients

  • For the filling:
  • 1 - medium sized potato, peeled, boiled and mashed
  • 1 - small-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For the dough:
  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - Curd
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  • Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and knead well. Add water if necessary.
  • Keep aside for about 15 mins.
  • Mix together all the ingredients for the filling into a smooth mixture.
  • Make lemon-sized balls of the dough and roll them into mini rotis. Fill them with the mixture and roll out carefully.
  • Pan fry the parathas. Serve with raita.
