How to Make Yummy Capsicum Chicken

  • Chop onion and fry it along with red chilli till it becomes dark brown. Add small cut chicken pieces and half ground pepper to the onion. Fry for 20 minutes.
  • Add 4 drops of soya sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, mix well and fry.
  • Add capsicum and salt to taste and fry along with chicken till it is fully cooked.
  • Squeeze lime in the end.
  • Dress with cucumber, sliced chilli and serve hot.
