Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Basmati Rice
  • 2 - Onions, cut into thin slices
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 - Cloves
  • 1 - Cardamom
  • 1 - Cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup - Chopped coriander and Mint leaves.

How to Make Yummy Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Grind the cloves, cinnamon and the cardamom and add to the oil.
  • Now add the onions and saute for 3 mins.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste to it and fry.
  • Now add the coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  • Add 4 cups of water and salt and boil for 5 -10 min.
  • When the water is boiled, add the basmati rice and cook till tender.
