Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • A handful of fresh - mint leaves
  • 8 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - onion, chopped finely
  • 4 tsp - oil
  • 2 cups - rice
  • A handful - green peas
  • 2 - boiled potatoes - fried in oil

How to Make Yummy Green Pulao

  • Cook the rice and keep aside.
  • Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies with a little water and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan and fry onions till golden brown, add garam masala and ginger and garlic paste and fry till oil separates.
  • Add the ground ingredients with a little water.
  • Add salt, peas and the fried potatoes.
  • Mix in the cooked rice, combine well and serve.
