  • 1 bunch - fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • A handful of fresh - Mint leaves
  • 8 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Ginger and Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - onion, chopped finely
  • 4 tsp - oil
  • 2 cups - Rice
  • A handful - Green peas
  • 2 - boiled Potatoes - fried in oil
  • How to Make Yummy Green Pulao:

    1. Cook the rice and keep aside.
    2. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies with a little water and keep aside.
    3. Heat a pan and fry onions till golden brown, add garam masala and ginger and garlic paste and fry till oil separates.
    4. Add the ground ingredients with a little water.
    5. Add salt, peas and the fried potatoes.
    6. Mix in the cooked rice, combine well and serve.
