  • Cream (Malai)- 175 g
  • Sugar (Cheeni)
  • How to Make Yummy Gulab Jamuns:

    1. Take 175 g of vanilla/honey/ banana cream and 5 heaped tbsp of milk powder.
    2. Mix well and knead into a soft dough.
    3. Now roll out the dough in the shape of balls.
    4. Deep fry the balls until brown. Keep aside.
    5. Now make the sugar syrup in a 1 glass sugar: 1 glass water ratio.
    6. Put the fried balls in the syrup and let it stand for 5 -10 mins.
    7. Serve hot.
