  • Cream (Malai)- 175 g
  • Sugar (Cheeni)

How to Make Yummy Gulab Jamuns

  • Take 175 g of vanilla/honey/ banana cream and 5 heaped tbsp of milk powder.
  • Mix well and knead into a soft dough.
  • Now roll out the dough in the shape of balls.
  • Deep fry the balls until brown. Keep aside.
  • Now make the sugar syrup in a 1 glass sugar: 1 glass water ratio.
  • Put the fried balls in the syrup and let it stand for 5 -10 mins.
  • Serve hot.
