Ingredients

  • 500 g - Paneer
  • 1 cup - sliced Onion
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - chopped coriander
  • 3/4 cup - Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Yummy kadai paneer:

    1. Cut a paneer and keep aside.
    2. Heat oil in kadai.
    3. Add sliced onion and fry onion till golden brown in colour.
    4. Add ginger-garlic paste, stir and add tomato puree.
    5. Cook for a few minutes.
    6. Add red chilli powder, salt, chopped coriander.
    7. Mix well.
    8. Add 1/2 cup of water.
    9. Add paneer.
    10. Cook until paneer is cooked and gravy thickens.
