  • 6 - mangoes
  • 1 tin - Sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/2 gallon - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • Sugar - as per taste
  • How to Make Yummy Mango Ice Cream:

    1. Wash and peel the skin of the mangoes and puree the pulp in a blender.
    2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the mango puree.
    3. Pour the mixture in a container and place it in the freezer for about half an hour.
    4. Remove from the freezer and blend the mixture in a blender.
    5. Place it in to the freezer for another half an hour.
    6. Repeat the process for about 3-4 times.
    7. Allow the mix to set well in the refrigerator.
    8. Serve with toppings of your choice.
