  • 6 - Mangoes
  • 1 tin - Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 gallon - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • Sugar - as per taste

How to Make Yummy Mango Ice Cream

  • Wash and peel the skin of the mangoes and puree the pulp in a blender.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients to the mango puree.
  • Pour the mixture in a container and place it in the freezer for about half an hour.
  • Remove from the freezer and blend the mixture in a blender.
  • Place it in to the freezer for another half an hour.
  • Repeat the process for about 3-4 times.
  • Allow the mix to set well in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with toppings of your choice.
