Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1 cup - Bengal Gram dal
  • 8 - Red Chillies
  • 4 - Onions
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
  • Coriander leaves - for garnishing
  • How to Make Yummy Masala Vadai:

    1. Soak the dals and red chillies for an hour.
    2. Drain the water and grind them coarsely.
    3. Finely chop the rest of the ingredients - onions, green chillies, ginger and coriander.
    4. Mix all these with the ground dals, add salt to taste.
    5. Deep fry vadas in hot oil.
