  • For momos:
  • 250 g - Maida
  • 500 g - minced lamb or 1 cup - chopped Cabbage
  • 200 g - large onions, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - ghee/oil
  • 2 tsp - ajinomotto
  • Salt to taste.
  • For Tomato chutney:
  • 150 g - boiled Tomatoes
  • 8 flakes - Garlic
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Yummy Momos:

    1. Mix the maida with a little water and make the dough. Set it aside.
    2. Add all the ingredients listed above for momos and keep it aside.
    3. Roll out the dough so that it is very thin and cut into small circles.
    4. Add a bit of filling in each of these and fold over and seal the edges with a little water.
    5. Put each one in a steamer - ensure they don't stick to each other - and cook.
    6. After 15 mins, remove them from the steamer and serve it hot with tomato chutney.
    7. Method for chutney: Peel the tomatoes.
    8. Grind it smoothly along with the rest of the ingredients listed and serve.
