Take a wok and add water, salt and little oil. Add pasta to the boiling water. Drain and keep aside. Heat olive oil in a wok and saute chopped garlic pieces. Add basil leaves, and saute on medium- high. Add bell peppers and saute till pepper is good to eat. Add pasta sauce. Saute for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt and black pepper to the pasta and mix well. Garnish it with shredded cheese.
