Ingredients

  • Pudina leaves - 2 cups
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Coconut - 2 tsp
  • Ginger - 2 small pieces
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Shallots - 3
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Yummy Pudina Chutney:

    1. Wash pudina leaves and drain the water.
    2. In a kadai, add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and fry shallots, ginger, coconut and pudina leaves.
    3. Put above mixture in a blender along with green chillies, lemon juice and salt. Grind to a soft paste.
    4. If paste is very thick, you can add some water.
    5. Serve with hot rice.
