Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1-1.5 tsp - Dry Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Coconut powder, dry
  • 1/2 tsp - Rasam powder
  • A pinch of Asafoetida (Inguva, Hing)
  • A pinch of Turmeric powder
  • A few Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Zero oil oats chutney:

    1. Just add all these ingredients in a blender and grind into a smooth paste by adding some water.
    2. Adjust salt and your chutney is ready.
    3. Serve with idli/dosa.
