How to Make

  • Grind together the onion pieces, ginger, garlic and green chillies with the coriander leaves in as little water as possible.
  • In about 4 tbsp of oil, add the bay leaf and the ground paste. Fry till the rawness disappears and the oil starts to separate out.
  • Add the peas and stir for a few minutes. Then add the garam masala powder and the salt. Stir and leave on fire on a small flame for a few minutes. Add the precooked rice and stir well.
