Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Zucchini (chopped)
  • 1 cup - Sprouted green grams
  • 1 - Onions (big & chopped)
  • 3 cups - Vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Dry parsley leaves
  • Olive oil

How to Make Zucchini & Sprouted Green gram Soup

  • Heat enough oil in a pan, add the onions and saute until they turn translucent.
  • Add the chopped zucchinis and sprouted green grams and saute everything for a few minutes.
  • Next, add the vegetable stock, (and water if needed) salt to taste, dry parsley leaves, and pepper powder and bring everything to boil.
  • Let it stew till the vegetables are well cooked.
  • Serve warm with a sandwich.
