Ingredients

  • 2 - potatoes (peeled and cut into medium size pieces)
  • 250 g - zucchini (chopped into medium size pieces)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Zucchini And Potato Dry Dish

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add the potatoes, zucchini, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, mix well.
  • Cook on low heat till the potatoes and zucchini are done.
