Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. - Butter
  • 1 French loaf, cut in four portions and sliced in half horizontally
  • 50 gms - zucchini, sliced and grilled
  • 50 gms - mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
  • 1/2 bunch - spinach, blanched and chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp. - chopped garlic, oven roasted until lightly charred
  • 1 tbsp. - Olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 60 gms - French fries
  • How to Make Zucchini and spinach sandwich:

    1. Heat butter in a griddle and grill bread slices.
    2. Top the lower four bread slices with the veggies and roasted garlic.
    3. Drizzle over with the olive oil, close sandwiches and warm in the oven at 180 degrees C for five mins.
    4. Serve with French fries.
