Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. - Butter
  • 1 French loaf, cut in four portions and sliced in half horizontally
  • 50 gms - zucchini, sliced and grilled
  • 50 gms - mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
  • 1/2 bunch - spinach, blanched and chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp. - chopped garlic, oven roasted until lightly charred
  • 1 tbsp. - Olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 60 gms - French fries

How to Make Zucchini and spinach sandwich

  • Heat butter in a griddle and grill bread slices.
  • Top the lower four bread slices with the veggies and roasted garlic.
  • Drizzle over with the olive oil, close sandwiches and warm in the oven at 180 degrees C for five mins.
  • Serve with French fries.
