  • 1 - Zucchini
  • 1 - Egg
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup - flour
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce

How to Make

  • Clean zucchini, and slice into circles.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over sliced zucchini.
  • Beat the egg well.
  • Dust zucchini slices with flour and dip it into egg and coat well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry till light brown.
  • Serve with soy sauce and a drop of vinegar.
