Ingredients

  • 2 -3 - zucchini
  • 1 - onion
  • 1/2 tsp - hing
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • 2-3 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp each - mustard seeds, urad dal

How to Make Zucchini ka chutney

  • Fry the cut zucchini, onions and green chillies.
  • Add turmeric, hing, salt and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
  • Grind the whole thing in blender.
  • Season oil with mustard seeds and urad dal, and pour over.
