Ingredients

  • 2 -3 - Zucchini
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1/2 tsp - Hing
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 2-3 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp each - mustard seeds, Urad Dal
  • How to Make Zucchini ka chutney:

    1. Fry the cut zucchini, onions and green chillies.
    2. Add turmeric, hing, salt and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
    3. Grind the whole thing in blender.
    4. Season oil with mustard seeds and urad dal, and pour over.
