  • 1 - Zucchini (grated)
  • 1 - Onion (grated)
  • 3 - Eggs
  • 3 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • A pinch - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 3 tsp - Oil
  • 2 - Curry leaves

How to Make Zucchini Scrambled Eggs

  • Add turmeric powder and salt to the eggs, beat it and keep aside.
  • Add the zucchini, green chillies, and pepper powder.
  • Add the grated onions and curry leaves and beat everything well for a few minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, pour the egg mix and scrambled it with a spatula.
  • Serve hot.
