Ingredients

  • 1 - Zucchini (grated)
  • 1 - Onion (grated)
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • A pinch - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 3 tsp - Oil
  • 2 - Curry leaves
  • How to Make Zucchini Scrambled Eggs:

    1. Add turmeric powder and salt to the eggs, beat it and keep aside.
    2. Add the zucchini, green chillies, and pepper powder.
    3. Add the grated onions and curry leaves and beat everything well for a few minutes.
    4. Heat oil in a pan, pour the egg mix and scrambled it with a spatula.
    5. Serve hot.
