  • 1/2 cup - Whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Ragi flour
  • 1/4 cup - Soya flour
  • 1/4 cup - Bajra flour
  • 2 tbsp - All-purpose flour for dusting
  • 1/4 cup - Grated Zucchini
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Yogurt
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • How to Make Zuchini Rotis:

    1. Take a large bowl and add all the flours, grated zucchini, cumin seeds and salt.
    2. Gradually add the yogurt and oil and knead in to a soft dough (add water if needed).
    3. Make 12-15 balls from the multigrain flours dough.
    4. Dust with all-purpose flour and roll them as rotis.
    5. Heat a pan, sprinkle some water and place the roti over the hot pan.
    6. Cook the roti on a simmer on both sides until they get well cooked. Serve hot!
