Jitendra Upadhyay is the Pastry Chef at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel. His repertoire includes croissants, French pastries, German bread, gelatos, chocolate desserts and creative wedding cakes. Renaissance’s star anise chocolate mousse is one of his signature desserts.
In his present role at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, he is responsible for the entire baking and confectionery operations of the hotel which includes Coffee & Cakes, the best pastry shop in Lucknow, known for its handcrafted desserts and freshly baked breads. He is also responsible for the dessert buffet layout at the all-day dining restaurant – L-14 and for all new and innovative promotions of the hotel. He also conducts training workshops for the team.
