    This Children’s Day, we ask some of India’s finest chefs to share their fondest food memories, which have remained their biggest comfort – and the best inspiration behind some masterpieces. 

    Famous cookbook author, Barbara Costikyan (‘Charles Wysocki's Americana Cookbook’) had once said, “In the childhood memories of every good cook, there's a large kitchen, a warm stove, a simmering pot and a mom.”  

    What the famous cookbook author forget in her almost perfect, widely agreeable thought is that chefs are the only one who have the ability to bring that memory to life – not only theirs but most times, ours too. 

    This Children’s Day, we got some of India’s finest chefs dish out those few golden moments – and the dishes they have inspired. And let us tell you, floored by it could perhaps be an understatement for what we got. Curious? Read on…
