Chilli Paneer Balls are a deep fried Indo-Chinese dish that can be served as a starter.
Ingredients
- 500 g - paneer
- 2. 4 tbsp - corn flour
- 15 - green chillies
- 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp - soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- 1 - green capsicum
- 4 - onions
How to Make Chilli Paneer Balls
- Crumble paneer and shape into balls with corn flour. Deep fry in oil. Set aside.
- In a separate kadai, fry chopped onions till golden brown.
- Add chopped green chillies and capsicum. Fry for 3 mins.
- Add fried paneer. Saute for a minute.
- Add tomato, chilli, soya sauce and salt also. Saute for 3 mins.
- Serve hot.
