Ingredients

  • • Oil 1 tbsp

  • • Garlic 3 tbsp
  • • Onion chopped – 1 nos
  • • Mushrooms 10-12 nos
  • • Salt to taste
  • • Chili sauce 3/4 tsp

    • Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp

  • • Vegetable Stock 2 tbsp
  • • HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavoured Syrup 2 tbsp

    • Corn flour mixed with water - 1 tbsp

  • • Spring onion greens for garnish

     

How to Make Sweet 'N' Spicy Mushroom Fry

  • • Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius for 10 mins.

    • In a wok, heat oil, add chopped garlic and onion, cook for 5 minutes

    • Add mushrooms, salt, cayenne pepper powder, chili sauce, HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavoured Syrup, stock, and cook for a minute

    • Thicken with corn flour mixture and stir well until the sauce has coated the mushroom

    • Garnish spring onion greens and serve
