  • Raw mangoes - 500 g
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fenugreek powder (methi) - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard power - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Oil - - 3 tbsp
  • Asafoetida

How to Make Aam Ka Achar

  • Cut the mangoes into small pieces mix it with fenugreek powder, mustard powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds, add turmeric powder and asafoetida. Pour this seasoning into the mango mixture and mix well.
