  • 3 large raw mangoes, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - raisins
  • 1 cup - vinegar
  • 2 cups - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - roasted cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - onion seeds (kalonji)

How to Make Aam ki lanji chutney

  • Heat vinegar and sugar.
  • Add mangoes and raisins.
  • Cook and add all spices.
  • Cook till thick and shiny.
  • Cool and serve.
