  • 250 g - baby potatoes
  • 50 g - mustard dal
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - amchoor powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard oil
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Achaari Aloo

  • Boil the potatoes, peel and cut.
  • Heat mustard oil in a pan and when it smokes, remove from heat.
  • Add the potatoes and all the spices. Mix well.
  • Achaari aloo is ready.
