Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - channa dal
  • 1/4 cup - rice
  • 1/4 cup - urad dal
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - green chilli paste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • A few coriander leaves
  • Oil

How to Make Adai Dosa

  • Soak the dals and rice together for 2 hours, then grind it into a thick and coarse paste.
  • Add the chopped onions, chilli powder, coriander leaves and green chilli paste, mix well and prepare the batter.
  • Heat a girdle and spread a scoop of the batter evenly on the pan.
  • Add oil around edges and cook. When it turns slightly golden, remove and serve with chutney.
