  • 8 - soaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup - grapes
  • 1/2 cup - carrot, chopped

How to Make Almond carrot grape smoothie

  • Blend the almonds with 80 ml water
  • Add grapes to this and blend again.
  • Transfer it to a glass.
  • Blend the carrots with water to a smooth consistency.
  • Blend together till smooth
  • Serve chilled
