  • Green chillies - 4 to 6
  • Garlic- 3 flakes
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Coriander leaves - a small sprig
  • Tamarind - a small piece
  • Salt to taste
  • For seasoning:
  • Oil
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 4 to 6
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Almond Chutney

  • Grind all the ingredients finely.
  • Heat oil for seasoning, roast mustard, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • Add to the chutney.
