  • 1 cup - semiya, roasted in ghee
  • 1.25 cup - water
  • 16 - almonds, soaked overnight and ground to a smooth paste with saffron
  • Brown sugar and 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp - brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
  • A pinch - saffron
  • Nuts and raisins (fried in ghee)

How to Make Almond milk semiya kesari

  • Boil water in a pan, add roasted semiya and cook in medium heat.
  • Pour the ground mixture, add cardamom powder and mix well, stir occasionally.
  • Add in everything else (nuts and raisins) and cook till the semiya is done fully.
  • Garnish with fried nuts and raisins.
