  • 2 - eggs
  • 10 - almonds, blanched
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • salt to taste

How to Make Almond Omelette

  • Cut the almonds into long slices.
  • Beat eggs nicely and mix the rest of the above ingredients with the exception of parsley.
  • Heat a pan and grease it with 1 tbsp. of oil. Pour in the egg mixture.
  • Spread to a round shape and ensure it turns brown on both the sides. Fold it into two and serve decorated with parsley.
