Ingredients

  • 6 - potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp - green chilli paste
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Aloo Aur Ande Ki Tikki

  • Microwave potatoes for 7 minutes. Peel and mash
  • Mix in potatoes with rest of the ingredients except oil and egg.
  • Make small patties.
  • Roll it in beaten egg.
  • Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with wafers.
